iOS Softphone App Launch Issue
  • Resolved
    Resolved

Apple has approved the updated version of the app, and the issue has been resolved.

To restore normal functionality, please update the app to the latest version available on the App Store. Once updated, the app should open and operate as expected.

If you continue to experience any issues after updating, please contact our support team.

    Update

We have submitted a new build to Apple and are currently awaiting approval and release of the updated version.

  • Identified
    Identified

We've identified the cause to be a certificate that is compiled into the application package and used to verify the integrity of the included features.  This part of the app controls which features are enabled and disabled in the app at launch. The certificate issue causes this function to fail without warning.

We are building new versions of the iOS Apps for all of our Customers and will update here when this is completed.

We continue to work with our third-party vendor to identify the root cause.

  • Investigating
    Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue impacting our iOS softphone application, where the app may briefly open and then close unexpectedly.

This issue has been identified as originating from a third-party vendor. We are actively working with the vendor to identify the root cause and expedite a resolution.

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    Impact:
Some iOS users may be unable to launch the mobile app.

    Workaround:
At this time, we recommend using our softphone desktop app while we resolve this issue.

We appreciate your patience and will share further updates as soon as possible.
