We've identified an issue where, after logging into the VirtualText account, the user interface (UI) might display certain unexpected components. Additionally, the option to add new users through the UI is currently unavailable.
Maintenance has completed successfully. All systems are operating normally.

We will be conducting system maintenance for Dash tonight August 2nd, at 5:00PM PST for 9 hours.
We do not expect any system interruption during this maintenance. However, it is possible that call center agents may need to log back into their respective queues once maintenance has successfully completed.

We are currently investigating an issue with calls to sip trunks not connecting in some client's accounts.
We will be conducting system maintenance for Dash on August 1st at 6:30 PST for 7 hours.
We do not expect any system interruption while doing this maintenance. However, it is possible that call center agents may need to log back into their queues once the maintenance is successfully completed.
We will be performing maintenance on our database systems on Thursday, July 27th at 8:00 PM PST.
During this maintenance period, and for up to 72 hrs after completion, some of the documents in the database, such as faxes, recordings, and voicemails, may not be available. This is due to the time required for these documents to re-sync within our systems. We want to assure you that no data will be lost during this process. However, accessibility to these specific categories of documents will be affected until the sync process is completed.

The Webphone Login incident has been resolved and systems are working normally now.
We are pleased to inform you that the recent issue affecting our services has been successfully resolved. The problem was identified as an upstream vendor issue, which has now been rectified, and everything is returning to normal operation.
