iOS Softphone App Launch Issue
  • Update
    Update

We have submitted a new build to Apple and are currently awaiting approval and release of the updated version.

  • Identified
    Identified

We've identified the cause to be a certificate that is compiled into the application package and used to verify the integrity of the included features.  This part of the app controls which features are enabled and disabled in the app at launch. The certificate issue causes this function to fail without warning.

We are building new versions of the iOS Apps for all of our Customers and will update here when this is completed.

We continue to work with our third-party vendor to identify the root cause.

  • Investigating

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    Impact:
Some iOS users may be unable to launch the mobile app.

    Workaround:
At this time, we recommend using our softphone desktop app while we resolve this issue.

We appreciate your patience and will share further updates as soon as possible.
